POCU is locally-owned, and our board of directors is elected by our credit union members. Decisions about the organization, its direction, programs and policies are made by our board for the benefit of our membership- great people who work or live in Dane County who are saving to buy a home, finance a child’s education or buy a car.
Getting the best deal on your next vehicle is practically guaranteed if you can break apart the transaction. Think about your car purchase in three phases: (1) trade-in, (2) vehicle choice, and (3) financing. The more separate and distinct you can keep those three steps, and the better able you are to keep emotion out of the purchase, the better your financial position will be.
Another Successful Annual Membership Meeting
The POCU Board of Directors and staff welcomed member-owners to its 86th annual membership meeting. The group voted to re-elect incumbents John G. Cuta, Richard V. Trameri and Dustin J. Murray to the Board of Directors. POCU President Kevin Yaeger, Chairman Jim Wolff and Treasurer Richard Trameri gave their reports, after which everyone enjoyed a light supper and fellowship. Thanks for your support!
